The INSOL ELISA Kits are solid-phase sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assays (ELISA) designed to detect and quantify the level of various proteins and cytokines in serum, plasma, buffered solutions, or cell culture media.
These assays recognize their respective targets through synthetic antibodies of high-affinity, provided directly coated on a 96-well assay plates for rapid use.
The detection and quantification is
based on a streptavidin-HRP complex added after the biotinylated detection
antibody is reacted with the sample. The full assay can be performed in about 3.5
hours and all reactants, substrates and buffers are provided.
